Make It a Flight

Three soups, three different flavors. Choose any three from our collection, including crab bisque, served in individual 4 oz portions with bread. A full 12 ounces to explore and enjoy. Quarts of every soup are available for takeout.

Wisconsin Beer Cheese & Broccoli

A rich blend of cheddar and American cheeses melted into Yuengling lager, whole milk and heavy cream. Loaded with fresh broccoli florets and layered with buttery garlic confit, garlic oil and paprika for a smooth, savory finish.

Western PA Wedding

A hometown tradition that starts with whole chickens simmered with onions, carrots and celery to build the broth. Tender chicken, petite housemade meatballs, fresh escarole and ditalini come together with roasted garlic, garlic confit and chopped parsley. The time goes into the pot, and you taste it in every spoonful.

Texas Brisket Chili

Our house-smoked brisket takes center stage in a hearty chili with deep smoke flavor and a bold, lingering heat. Rich, warming and unapologetically spicy. Gluten-free.

Maryland Crab Bisque

Crab leg meat and jumbo lump crab folded into a luxurious blend of butter and heavy cream, layered with sweet onion, garlic confit and a savory seafood broth. Sherry, thyme and white pepper bring depth, while a touch of Santello’s mild wing sauce gives this bisque its own signature warmth.

Old World Italian Pasta e Fagioli

Italian sausage and tender cannellini beans in a hearty tomato and chicken broth with olive oil, onions, carrots, celery and fresh garlic. Seasoned with basil, oregano, thyme and crushed red pepper, then enriched with heavy cream and freshly grated Parmesan. Ditalini is added to each bowl at service to keep the pasta tender. Can be made gluten-free: ask for no noodles or gluten-free penne.

Seattle Smoked Salmon Chowder

Salmon smoked in-house over applewood for two hours, then cut into generous pieces and nestled into a rich chowder of potatoes, bacon, leeks, onions and celery. Cream cheese, whole milk and heavy cream create its velvety body, with dill, thyme, bay leaf and white pepper rounding out the smoky, savory flavor. Gluten-free.
